Curse Client is broken.

I reinstalled Windows XP and now the Curse Client will not work. I have reinstalled the Client twice since reinstalling XP. Also, I can not logon to the Curse web site from that PC using IE8. Curse Client Premium was working flawlessly on that PC using Win XP before the reinstall. I have installed all updates for XP. Please help.

This is likely a .Net issue -- Please follow all of the OS-applicable steps in both the Failing or Corrupt .Net Installation and Client Installation Fails articles.
