I've also had the Complimentary Curse Premium for authors and it is not working for me either.
I aswell have the same problem... At first i thought it might be cuz i was logged in the wrong account, but then i checked and I'm a member from Feburary 2012 till Feburary 2013 so...

I also I have the same issue. Not to pile on just thought a few accounts to look at wouldn't hurt.
I am also having this issue.
Same problem here. I am a premium member and can't enter the giveaway.
Same problem as everyone else, I think this is rigged.
It just takes a little bit of time to log out and back in a few times to get it to work. Although it does feel a little strange at first when you are a premium member and it says you are not after paying for it. ^_^ But I was able to get it to work which is what I was looking for.

I seem to be having the same problem, excpet that I do not have the complimentary Premium account for authors.
I did, however, just sign up early this morning. I've logged in and out, and have waited, but it says I cannot enter the sweepstakes.
I am not sure if anything else is effected. So far I haven't run across any other issues.
I will post back if/when it does let me in :)

Greetings all! If you've posted here regarding the sweepstakes and did not mention that the issue was resolved, I've resynchronized your account. All of you would need to log out and back in (it might take a few tries) and try to enter the sweepstakes again. :)
I myself am having this issue. I am a premium member and yet it says I'm not when I try to enter.
I've resynchronized your account as well. Could you do as instructed above and log out and back in (it may take a few logouts)? :)
