Idk if i have the same problem but i just bought the 1year thing and downloaded it but after like 3hours or something i tried downloading more addons i couldn't then i logged out to retry and now it won't let me log in and have an interner. Also on my ticket my name was blue idk if premium is yellow because lots of people had my problem but their was some with a yellow name
serentos - Greetings. :) I see you recently purchased Premium. As stated on the Premium page before signing up, it can take up to 72 hours for all Premium features to take effect. If the allotted time has passed, and upon logging out and back in you do not have all your Premium features, please let us know so we can assist you further!

I've been using the Client on my desktop and notebook for a long, long time. Now I installed it on a friend's computer in order to sync my WoW addons before I play but all the premium features buttons are greyed out.

Hello, I have had premium for over a year and it renewed on 4/1. Now today the client nor the website is showing me as a premium member although the premium subscription shows active. Any reason why?
