When ever i go to get a beta for the The Secret World Beta Key Giveaway, i enter my birth date and it says "here is your beta key" and it says the key is "BETA KEY"

Same thing, my key just says beta key
I'm having an issue where I've gotten a key but when I enter it at the funcom website the link directs me to it tells me that it does not recognize it as part of any on going promotion or give away.

Funcom's CS has fixed the issue, if anyone else runs into it save yourself some trouble and talk to them first.
Ihad great fun with the SW beta over the weekend. WAY better voice acting than SWTOR imo.
Just emailed funcom about the error when redeeming my key. Let's see what they say.
I just recieved a beta key via email, so no more problems here. Shout out to the Curse team, you're awesome.

Just subscribed as premium, but when I go to SW Beta giveaway it says I must be a premium member. My subscription status confirms I am a premium member. What gives?
As stated on the Premium signup page, it can ocassionally take up to 72 hours to fully receive all of your benefits and entitlements. I've attempted to resynchronize your account -- log out of both the site and Client, clear your cookies, and log back in to retry. If it still does not work, try logging out and back in ocassionally to see if your entitlements have finalized. If the allotted time has passed and you still cannot receive a beta key, post once more and I'll resynchronize you again. :)

I've tried to resynchronize your account as well, takim. Please log out of both the site and Client, clear your cookies, and log back in. :)
