I am an annual subscriber, so you have my money already - yet I have not had the service of what I have paid for. Please can you refund the money for the months it has not worked, or extend my subscription period. I think thats only fair.
salvoza, those are not Curse Support tickets, but rather, Curse Client for Mac support tickets on CurseForge. The moderators and administrators of CurseForge cannot assist you with any subscription troubles or inquiries, as they are only there for the support of the Client itself, and are developers. You have my apologies for the confusion.
I've resynchronized your account so that upon logging out and back in, you should be receiving your Premium benefits immediately. I see you have created a ticket on our Curse Support site -- please continue to reply to our representative there for further assistance. :)

My Curse client suddenly denies that I have a valid premium subscription either. The Curse premium page shows it's active until April 2013 but the "Subscription" page doesn't show anything and my client claims I have a "Standard" account. I tried logging the client out and back in again, but that didn't help.
Edited: Just found the support ticket system. It's a little less obvious than the forums! :-P
