Download firefox or google chrome. Even Opera is good web browser. Or update your internet explorer to the latest version and do something to the "popup" that it "keeps poping up". Im not sure what the problem is, since I have stoped using internet explorer somewhere around 2002

You'll need to disable IE8 popup blocker to stop this behavior (there's no way to do it on our end). To do that, go to Tools->Popup Blocker and disable it.
