I am unable to. I at first had the .net error (resolved) but now when I try to install I receive an error after 3mb of the ~7mb file is downloaded that says

This is not alarming my AV program at all. Same message if AV is disabeld.
Could you please then click here to manually submit a support ticket, and include any and all error messages you have received, as well as all steps you have taken to resolve the issue?

BTW mines not opening at all and this is the details for error I have tryed to uninstall and reinstall same thing happens
Please also try all of the steps applicable to your OS listed in the Failing or Corrupt .Net Installation as well as Corrupted Installation.
According to Microsoft Im fine been over with them already now could this be that I dont have IE as default exployer??? I use Google crome, Samsung said everything is fine to and that nothing is wrong with My i7 samsung, Update this is happen on 3 laptops and pc i own happen at same time.
Default browser wouldn't affect it like this. :) If you've followed those steps and are still experiencing the issue, as you cannot get into the Client to submit a ticket there, please click here to submit a support ticket. Include all the steps you've taken to resolve the issue as well as any and all error messages you have received in order for them to better assist you!
I am getting same instal error . i think the client has been corrupted IN CURSES SERVER how about putting out a stand alone installer or re write curse to work with .net 4 instead of 3.5 its making me ANGRY THAT YOU THINK ITS A PROBLEM ON OUR END HOW CAN THAT BE WITH ALL THE FRESH INSTALLS?

The Curse Client is not corrupted on our servers (Just verified this myself). The installer we use is robust and allows us to deliver updates seamlessly to millions of users everyday. However, configuration problems on your computer cause the install to fail - It isn't something we can fix from our end, sadly. The problem isn't with .Net 4 or 3.5 (.Net 4 contains all of the code found in .Net 3.5 so if youh ave version 4 installed, you have 3.5, 3, and 2 installed as well).
We have millions of users using the Curse Client right now, with only a few dozen errors. The best we can do is provide guides on possible solutions. Curse is always looking to improve the user experience we offer to gamers, and as we move forward we may use other methods to install the Curse Client.

Twinkielock - If I remember correctly, you are using TrendMicro, correct? We've been able to work together to resolve the issue of it marking the Client as a false positive. Could you please update your antivirus and see if this fixes the issue?

corrinla - The issue with Trend Micro has actually been worked out. :) Now all you need to do is update your antivirus, and it will stop marking the Curse Client as a false positive.
Still having the issue I'm afraid. I now have avast! installed to minimize any issues with anti-virus. Unsatisfied with my repeated re-installations of .net 3.5 SP1 I found a verification tool at http://cid-27e6a35d1a492af7.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/Blog%7C_Tools/netfx%7C_setupverifier%7C_new.zip
Using this tool I verified that .net 3.5 SP1 is installed correctly. As far as I can determine I've verified the functionality of everything short of the client. Is there any sort of diagnostic tool for that which might be able to determine what's causing it to be unable to load the libraries it needs to function?
I was unable to locate a CurseClient.log file which could have helped, I assume the program is crashing before it can even begin this file.
Since the previous ticket I submitted was closed "just in case it was resolved by changes they made for the Trend Micro issue" I've reopened a new one at
