Regarding Account Deletion and Rename Requests

All account deletion and rename requests must be placed through the Curse Support Center, via a submitted ticket. Please be sure to be submitting the request from the account in question, as we cannot honour rename or deletion requests made from different accounts due to security reasons.

Upon a Customer Service representative seeing and responding to your ticket, your account will either be deleted as per request, or will be granted a rename token. Requests made outside the Curse Support Center will not be granted.
