I know this is stupid, but how do you do this: "Second-download the file and open it in winzip or Windows XP's default zip utility"

He means: Download the addon, and then open the downloaded file with WinZip or XP's default "compressed folder extraction"-utility (the one that pops up if you try to open a .zip file without any third party compression software installed) (Of course, you can also use WinRAR ^^)
