uhh.. How do I upload skyrim mods on curse?

How do I upload my skyrim mods on curse? The only upload button I see is the one that says" Are you a mod maker or something" and I click it. I got to something like skyrimforge, I've uploaded 3 files there, but they aren't on here. Do I have to be premium or something to upload mods on here?

No you don't have to be premium but when you upload, things need to be approved.
