Is there an addon that makes your targets circle brighter and or bigger? When you target something within a group of mobs and or there is a bunch of bodies on the ground you can't see the circle.

This would not be possible as addons are not allowed to change anything within the 3d environment.

Dang that sucks this is an addon I used in warhammer made it SOOOO much easier as a tank to pick up loose agro when you can properly see what the heck your targetting.

I really hope that rift allows this in the very near future :(

If it follows how WOW went, you won't see it. Once you open up this can of worms, things can get out of control. People would make resource nodes huge or have bright lights on them. Stealthed players could have a highlight applied to them so they'd always be visible. A small tweak like a better highlight circle wouldn't be possible without allowing access to the whole shebang.
