I cannot seem to find the addon manager, links to this specific addon from other websites have gone 404. Is this addon no longer available?

This project has been considered abandoned, as it has not been updated since 2009. Projects marked as 'abandoned' do not show up on Curse.com as they are likely so out of date they would not properly work with the game.
