Go here, and appropriately fill out the information to create your project. This will upload your map to Curse once it is approved. :)

I don't get it. i went to the website, agree to the terms of service, and nothing happened.

Did you fill out the page here to create a new map? (Please be sure you're logged in when filling out all the information!)

Once that page is filled out and the project is successfully created, it goes into a hand-moderated queue for approval.
