Addon Request: Tf2 sounds

Can someone show me how to make or make an addon that plays Tf2 sounds when I crit, crit with abilities, makes the heavy sound if i die, plays an explosion sound when ever living bomb finishes, and screams medic when ever i get below 25%

much much more....... if you can!

You should poke around with net resources if you wish to do this. There are similar mods that fire off sounds for conditions. The first step would be to extract the Tf2 sounds you want and have them in ogg for mp3 format.
