New to add-ons and need help!

Im new to addons and I just got downloaded the Damagedone one. I unzipped it and have it. How do I use the addon? I get easily confused so I need a very very descriptive answer. Thanks

you go to start click my computer then local disk witch is the C: the second program files folder you see then scroll down find you wow folder open it click the "Interface" folder open up the addon folder in it then go to the extracted folder you want copy it then paste it in the addons folder

i downloaded some fubars and it says Dependancy Missing and imcompatible on a few. how do i fix these?
