What loot add-on is this?

Hey guys... can anyone tell me what mod this is? I believe that these two are the same, but if they aren't, could you please tell me what they both are?

one thing though.... first pic... the loot is simply c/p'ed from another pic onto the lineup picture... but you can see xloot in the background on one of the items.... pic2 = xloot aswell

Okay, that was phrased poorly, but here's an example:

Lets say that an item has 40 agility, while my item of that time only has 30 agility.

There's a mod out there that shows the +crit + dodge etc next to the +agility when I look at the upgrade.

I'll try to find a picture if I can.

RatingBuster is the addon that converts the bonuses to percentages/AP/etc.

XLoot and probably combined with Xlootmaster. i've been using them ever since i switched to Ace2. i can't do without them anymore :)

Is there some option to turn on the setting for the upgraded stats and stuff?

Edit: I just noticed that what I want is shown in the first link of mine (in the OP). You see the white-ish text by the item stats that says +crit, etc? What mod is that?
