Addon Development

Hi,
It's been a while since was building addons for world of warcraft and for the life of I can't remember the name of an addon development tool I used to use. I know there is one called DevTools but I'm sure there was another which gave you useful information about the item/frame where the cursor is.
If you know the one I'm talking about, please enlighten me.
