unable to download

For some reason, everytime I try to download any addon from this site, it freezes up around 30%. I can download stuff fine from other websites, I can download addons from this website fine on OTHER computers, but something on this dell xps seems to be freezing the downloads just from the Curse site. Anyone at all have any idea why or how to fix this problem? PLEASE... I feel naked playing WOW without any addons!!

I can't download or install anything with the curse client...it seems to freeze, or hang...
