Just wondering if there was a mod to track animals that others have killed and looted but not skinned? Not even sure if this would be possible, just curious.

Sadly, no. You can only track live animals if you are a Hunter, or have eaten the food buff that gives Tracking.

That would indeed be a handy little mod, wouldn't it?

Sure, but it can't be done, as Blizzard already has the two methods I mentioned above for tracking beasts. You can put notes on the map, but you can't put movable notes on the map, they way beasts roam around. And if you wanted to track Shoveltusks, then I might as well give you the whole Howling Fjord map, since they are all over the place.

If you are a Hunter, then use your tracking tool to Track Beasts, and If you are not a hunter, eat some Tracker Snacks, which whould do something similar. Before anyone asks, no, you cannot track more than one thing at a time.

My apologies for the misunderstanding. Apparently i gave the interpetation via my reply that i thought this mod would be possible. I'm aware that it cannot be done. I was merely stating that it would indeed be handy. I'll refrain from blanket replies such as this in the future.
