Like, for what? Curse itself is NOT an addon, and, as such, cannot be used in World of Warcraft.
You can, however, use the Curse Client to download and automatically install addons to the game. Those addons can be used, by the game, either in the PTR or "live"(which is what we call regular, non-PTR WoW).
