well some times i not comes ziped maps or nothing! why?? and sometimes i get rar files O.O well WHY!?!

not really sure what you mean...

if your talking about why you sometimes get a .zip file and sometimes a .rar file when you download mods, thats depends on what program the author used to compress the files.

rar is just an other archive format, no worries.

And what kind of mpas you are speaking about? I would expect an addon, not a map for WoW.

I dont exactly understand what your trying to ask... However winrar is a nifty little program that allows you to unzip almost anything... If thats what your asking of course.
