I've downloaded the curse client and entered in my account information correctly, but every time I attempt to log in, it counts down from 5 and says "Failed to login". To the best of my knowledge, all my firewalls are disabled. Any idea what the problem is? I am using XP Pro SP3

I also have the same issue. have tried re downloading and installing several times over the last few months and its still having the same issues.

can't log in to client have double checked log in info same i used to get in here....anyone figure it out?

No replies?  I have yet to get anything but "unable to access profile server" in 30 days of setup.

Are you receiving the error when trying to login?

When the curse icon on my taskbar is first up, i get a message bar on it saying the profile server was unable to be contacted.  I now have it to load at startup, so i see it when the computer boots.  I can manage packages already installed, but cannot download new ones.  I manually downloaded omen threat meter, but neither warcraft nor curse client sees it.

You said that warcraft itself cannot see your addon? That would imply a larger problem than with the curse client.
