You can get the title after the patch as well. While the attunement is no longer required, the quests still exist. Completing the attunement quests will award the player that title.

yeah you get that if your bt attuned or hyjal attuned one of the two, because they removed the attunement process in 2.4 so those that are attuned before hand get that title

You can si on the right side someone with the title: "Hand of A'dal" , I was wondering if this was a new title that you could get with the 2.4 patch.

If you have any information regarding this I would appreciate ^^.
