This is an example of what I am after. I want to use the same type of textures etc as Pitbull. but I want the Class icon as portrait, as a circle in the centre with HP on left curving around it and on the right the power bar. Scaling possible. Any ideas on a mod that can already do this or someone who could creat it?

You can create it. Use the oUF framework to build your own UFs. It is not too difficult if all you want is a simple UF like the one you describe.

oUF already has a circle based unit frame.  It's called oUF metzen I believe.
