Hi,  Thanks in advance.  I am a level 53 Palidin Dwarf.  I've been questing pretty hard and doing some mining.  Is there anyway for me to develop lock picking as a skill?

no, rogues only

Unless you are a Blacksmith. Then you can make keys to open locked boxes. Not really lockpicking but the end result is the same.
