I see a lot of screenshots that show characters way farther away than regular zoom allows. I want to know what I need to do to zoom way out so that my character appears smaller. Default zoom is sometimes too close when fighting multiple monsters or when in a group.

PS I already know that the trackwheel will allow you to zoom out.

There's a macro you can use. I think if you're in a major city and ask what it is that ppl will tell you. I dont remember for sure. Quick Googling lead to /console SetCVar(”cameraDistanceMax”, 25) but not totally sure that's it...use at your own risk.

Type /console cameraDistanceMax 50 which is the furthest out the camera goes. Once set, that becomes the the new max distance, whether you zoom in or back out.
