If you are being redirected to a "Link Expired" page after clicking the "Manual Install" button for an addon, please do the following things to help us fix the problem, and hopefully work around it for you until it is resolved.
1. Post here with your Flash version and OS platform. In Firefox you can tell this by going to Tools -> Addons -> Plugins and scrolling down to Shockwave Flash. Report the full version number, such as 10.0.r22
2. Disable that plugin and reload the addon page.
3. Click Manual Install again and fill out the captcha. Report back if you still get the Link Expired Page.
If you are using Flash 8.0, you need to update your flash version, or disable it and fill out the captchas.
The current version of Flash from Adobe can be found at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
EDIT: I've just pushed a change to the download security that should help
with these issues. If you had problems in the past, please retry and
post or PM your results.

I was having this issue, then I updated Adobe Flash and Shockwave to the versions I listed above (I had a 9.x version of Shockwave previously) and now it works fine. Update everything and try again, it may help.

Please don't reformat, that isn't the problem. It may be related to your internet connection. Can you please list your type of connection, and your router / firewall / proxy setup? Do you have multiple outgoing IP addresses, such as with a dual DSL line?
