The developers of EVE Online are hosting another live dev blog - the second of its kind - today, Thursday, May 10th.
You'll want to read up on the Rules and Guidelines of the live dev blogs before joining in.
To take part, simply join the "Live Dev Blog" channel in-game, but make sure you have EVE Voice installed, as it's required.
