The doll is something you purchase from the Troll who was kicked out of Shattrath. He's back in Shat in 2.3.
Each boss drops 2 badges except for Malacrass and Zul'jin who drop 3. They drop for everyone, so you're looking at 14 badges for a ZA run, and then a chance at 10 more if you get the Blood of Zul'jin quest item.

question i havent been doing that much research on it but dose each boss drop wich type of badges and can everyone loot them.?
other one is it seems like they made this more of like an heroic raid?
