About No Rush Money Map -Phoenix-
This is a no rush map. A timer has been provided and measures taken to prevent rushing. (don't leave your area) Scout's are permissible (Any unit without attack ability).
Base rush time is 8 minutes and increase by roughly 1:30 for each player beyond 2 (16 minute rush timer for 8 players)
Initial release. mineral and vespene production at 15 per harvest. Regions created in map that cannot be left by units that have attack ability until rush timer is up. (Kills units)
