Can anyone tell me the name of the addon which shows the 'MainTank' targets like in the picture, and also the loot pop up screen ?

Loot window: XLoot - http://wowace.com/wiki/XLoot.
MainTank window: oRA2 - http://wowace.com/wiki/ORA2.

Both addons are Ace2 based ones and you can download them from http://files.wowace.com/.
Note that oRA2 is CT_RaidAssist replacement (just in case you use CT_RA already).
