    i dont currently have a template available for this ui. the addon i used for the backround is kg panels. there is a great tutorial for how to use kg panels. You have to use a texture pack to create the backround panels. i found this one and others at wowinterface.com. hope this is of some help. I encourage that you learn kg panels and learn to make your own ui. This addon is about custom creations so i may or may not make a template.
