way too much spaced used here. i aggree. most of these addons could be made to show some of the less needed items, also, i would move things around, try to condense them.

You seem to be happy with your UI and that's good. But I don't like it very much.
    Where to start? Hm...
    1. The top and bottom panels are very useless. You don't really need to display your mount (??), loot rules, spec, gold, bagspace and such because in general the press of one hotkey can give you this info aswell without covering a part of your screen. I say get rid of them. MinimapButtonFrame collects your minimap buttons and puts them in a neat frame.
    2. The buff bars: I'd rather switch back to showing the buff icons only with a duration text below and sort them by time left with a flashing icon alert upon expiring. Those bars just take way too much space and when fully buffed the list will reach down to recount. I don't know which addon you use, but with Satrina Buff Frames you can customize all you'd ever want and more. You can also filter out irrelevant buffs, such as Heroic Presence and in your case Mana Spring Totem (or the likes) when in a party.
    3. Recount: I know, people like to see that they top the dps and they want to see it all the time. But is it really worth wasting that much screen space? Usually it is something you don't need to know all the time and don't even look at because when soloing the bar won't change. I always have an icon macroed /recoung toggle and use it on demand. In that case it doesnt matter that recount is shown above my bottom bar and not inside. So I'd suggest you only show it on demand which is.. hm, when is it for a tank? After instances and in afk breaks in instance runs?
    4. Chatbox: What are you trying to time here? Timestamps in the HH:MM:SS format? I really think that HH:MM would be enough. Also the brackets around the timestamps are quite unneeded. So are those around channel and player names aswell. Showing the player level is kinda pointless because it only shows the level of known people and of known people you know the level anyways. If you don't use the CopyChat functionality you can diable the plugin to get rid of the icon in the chatbox.
    5. Selecting a different layout for ICEHUD would probably be more precise and easier to read. Having pimped out unitframes AND a hud is kinda redundant.
    6. The top artwork is kinda obstructing and stealing screen space.
    7. Which buttons of the micro menu do you actually press? There are keybindings for most (if not all) of them which are not so hard to learn or re-assign. The entire bar can pretty much be either disabled or faded out to 0% opacity.
After doing all of this your UI might look like the following paint creation: http://media.curse.com/CommunityServer.Components.UserFiles/00/00/01/03/12/wowui3.jpg (obviously without the artifacts and recount being opened on demand)
