Yes, in the anchor options for whichever anchor the timers you want are located, uncheck names. If you mean from individual spells, then go to DoTimer Timers and deselect the names on the right hand side, which is for bar options. I'm not in-game atm so I can't be for sure this is how to do it, but that's the general area. =)
