yo sorry. okay the bottom bar texture is created from kgpanels. in order to configure these you have to type /kgpanels config. this will bring up the menu to configure different pannels. you can select textures, borders, and change the size. for my setup i have a total of 8 different bars. There is one for the left, on middle, one right as well as as one for my action bars on the right and left (the skinny little bars bellow the chat windows). also, there are bars for my character, my target and the black top bar you see. as far as dominos is concerned, well what i did is used two "blocks" in a sense. you can change the number of rows and columns of each action bar to fit them how i did.
