Prize
The winner of the ArchLord Suit of Armour Competition (to be chosen by Codemasters Online Gaming’ judging committee) will be the first entrant within Chantra to achieve “ArchLord” status and shall win a custom made ArchLord full body suit.
RULES OF COMPETITION
Competition Organiser
The organizer and promoter of this competition is The Codemasters Software Company Limited of PO Box 6 Leamington Spa Warwickshire CV47 2SH, UK, hereinafter referred to as "the Arranger". The decisions of the Arranger’s judging committee concerning all matters related to this competition are final.
Entry Requirements
Before entering the Competition, you will be presumed to have read and accepted the following information (and if under 18 years of age, your parent/legal guardian will be presumed to have read and accepted), Codemasters legal notice and the instructions for the competition as appearing at www.archlordgame.com ArchLord Website. If you fail to comply with the rules the Arranger’s judging committee may at its sole discretion disqualify you from the competition and an alternative winner may be selected from the eligible entries.
The Competition is open to anyone who can comply with these Competition Rules within United States of America, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Turkey, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Andorra, Serbia & Montenegro, Moldova, Ukraine, Canada and Mexico. No admission fee or purchase is necessary to participate in this competition.
This Competition is open from 1pm BST on Tuesday 3rd October 2006 and will continue until a Winning Entrant has been identified by the Arranger.
Technical Requirements
Entrants must have a legal full retail copy of the ArchLord MMORPG computer game and have access to the ArchLord MMORPG dedicated server in order to challenge for the ArchLord quest. Entrants must undertake the ArchLord quest.
Winning Entry
The winner will be the 1st Entrant to achieve ArchLord status to reside in Chantra, as determined by the Arranger.
The Arranger shall publish the winner’s name and details (alternatively if a minor your parent/legal guardian’s name and details) on the ArchLord Website, which shall be available upon the 1st completion of the ArchLord quest.
The winner will also be notified by email. The winner must acknowledge his/her acceptance of the prize to the Arranger within three (3) days from receiving notification from Arranger and in a manner as directed by the Arranger otherwise an alternate winner may be drawn from the remaining entries. If within three (3) days of notifying the winner the Arranger is unable to contact the winner or if the winner fails to comply with any of the eligibility requirements, an alternate winner shall be drawn from the next entrant to reach ArchLord status.
Following notification of winning, the first prize winner will be required to give their full postal address and telephone number so that the prize can be delivered.
Individual contestant's personal data may be used for notifying the winner of the Competition and publishing their name on the ArchLord Website and unless the entrant indicates otherwise may also be used to provide entrants with further information on Arranger and its products. By entering the competition you agree to your name and likeness, hometown, and biographical information in advertising and promotion, in any and all media without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
General
The Arranger will not engage itself to any communication on the procedural issues or the results of the competition.
Entries and prizes are non-transferrable. By participating the participant agrees that any dispute with regard to the conduct of the Competition, rule interpretation or award of prize shall be submitted to the Arranger whose decision shall be final and binding. The Arranger reserves the right to cancel, change, modify or extend any and all aspects of this competition without prior notification to participant.
No cash substitution, return, transfer or assignment of prizes will be allowed. To the maximum extent permissible by the law in your jurisdiction the Arranger accepts no other liability whatsoever that may be caused by any prize awarded to any person in this competition.
To the maximum extent permissible by law in your jurisdiction the Arranger accepts no liability for lost, damaged, misdirected or delayed entries or any technical difficulties affecting the end result of the competition or the entry to the competition. By participating the participant and the winners, (and if a minor the participant/winners parent or legal guardian), by acceptance of their prizes, agree to release and hold harmless Arranger, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their officers, employees, agents and representatives from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses, which may be sustained directly or indirectly in connection with participation in this competition or with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or travelling to any prize-related activity.
To the maximum extent permissible by law the Arranger expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded. Further, Arranger disclaims any responsibility for any damage caused to the prize upon or during its delivery to the winner. The provisions of this rule may not be applicable in full or in part in some jurisdictions. The liability of the Arranger shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Prizes will be delivered to the winners within 28 days.
Neither the Arranger or its agencies shall not be responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccu¬rate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the sender, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this competition which may limit the ability to play or participate, or by any human error which may occur in the conduct of the competition or in the processing of the entries in this competition. If for any reason, (including infec¬tion by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any cause beyond the control of the Arranger, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this competition), the competition is not capable of being conducted as described in these rules, the Arranger shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition

Competition is subject to the laws of England. Void where restricted or prohibited by law.
The competition is not open to employees (or their families), of Arranger and their affiliates or agents.
