The first of the Inside Assassin's Creed III video series has dropped today, with the creators shedding some light on the process behind redesigning the iconic franchise from the ground up for the latest AC title. The next entry in the popular Assassin's Creed franchise takes the game up a few hundred years to the American Revolutionary War. The protagonist is a half-English, half-Native American by the name of Ratohnhaké:ton but for convenience's sake he also goes by his English name, Connor.
The Assassin's Creed series has always been extremely rich in historical events and characters, and Assassins Creed III looks to be no different. Connor's relationship with George Washington will prove important to the story, and he will also encounter notable names from the era including Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, Charles Lee, Israel Putnam, and more over 30 years of his life.
