EA DICE has released a brand new trailer for the upcoming Back to Karkand expansion for their super popular shooter, Battlefield 3. The map pack brings back four maps from 2005's Battlefield 2; Sharqi Peninsula, Gulf of Oman, Wake Island and the subject of today's brand new trailer, Strike at Karkand.
Strike at Karkand is undoubtedly one of the most iconic Battlefield maps, having already seen a beautiful HD remake in Battlefield Play4Free. Now the map looks better than ever, having been completely redesigned for the brand new Battlefield 3 game engine, Frostbite 2.
Back to Karkand will be available in December of this year, for no additional charge for owners of the Limited Edition of Battlefield 3. If you don't own a Limited Edition, you can still pick up Back to Karkand for 1100 MS Points on Xbox Live or $14.99 on PC/PlayStation Network.
