Tripwire Interactive, the successful indie publisher of popular games including Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad and Killing Floor, have announced a brand new partnership with Greater Good Games.
Greater Good Games is hard at work developing a brand new indie game called Break Blocks, and if you haven't heard about it yet, you're in for a treat. Break Blocks is a rhythm-based action puzzle game in which the player competes as a young break dancer who must defeat a group of the worlds most renowned break dancers. Break Blocks features a unique blend of the rhythm-based gaming made popular by games like Rock Band or Dance Dance Revolution combined with addictive block-puzzle gaming.
What's more, Greater Good Games has promised to donate a portion of every sale of Break Blocks to Doctors Without Borders, a humanitarian group dedicated to providing independent, impartial medical assistance to patients in need. The studio was actually founded upon former Tripwire developer Dayle Flowers' desire to use his passion in making games to help those in need.
Break Blocks is currently in beta but if you want to set yourself up as an early adopter, you can get access to the game right now by visiting http://www.greatergoodgames.org/.
