The city of Heroes team has announced the launch of Issue 16: Power Spectrum! To kick off the event they are also giving players a chance to get back into the game with a free Reactivation and Double XP weekend.
Starting Thursday, October 8, all inactive accounts in good standing may log into City of Heroes and check out the Power Spectrum and recently added Mission Architect system. During this time period Hero and Villain characters will receive double the experience points (XP), Influence, and Infamy for their accomplishments. Players can also access the more than 50,000 player created story arcs available in the Mission Architect system.
There will also be highlights and happenings for the new Going Rogue expansion, which should be coming soon! If you haven't played in a while or want to try it out during the double XP weekend just download the PC game client or the Mac game client to play!
