Paragon Studios and NCSoft have announced that City of Heroes' next update, Issue 22: Death Incarnate, is due to go live soon and features a ton of exciting new content. The update features everything ranging from new costumes, new powers, new VIP content and so much more.
There are some unknown forces at work, twisting parts of Dark Astoria 'into a bizarre, nightmarish land.' This will be a great co-op zone for level 50 players to experience, with missions that unlock special Incarnate abilities for both heroes and villains. The update also includes a brand new power set, free for VIP players; the Darkness Control power set. This is a power set for Controllers and Dominators. If you're not a VIP member, the power set will be up for sale in the Paragon Market.
