The Curse website IRC channel #curseweb is now available on the quakenet IRC network, and is open to the public, so everyone can join the channel and discuss the games we play, favorite addons/interfaces, or any other topics you feel like discussing. Just be sure to keep things PG-13, as some folks may be joining IRC from work, while others may not want their children to see certain content being discussed/viewed.

If you're looking for a good IRC program to use, then we have a few suggestions: mIRC, and Trillian are both great for PC users. For the Mac users out there, check out X-Chat Aqua.

Lol, seriously ? I was checking out if #curse was free today, and saw around 20 guys in it. This was of course on quakenet. Do you need the channel ?
I have a channel formed up with my real-life friends called #curse, which has been up since like 1998 or 1999. It's funny to see how 20-30 people enter the channel daily and start talking about WoW, thinking that it's the official Curse-Gaming channel. :)

hmmm you sure these are right chans? i went into them and no one was in not even ops, and in the curse-wow channel there was a curse guild in there with over 300 people
