    A few questions and comments

    1) Where is this server list coming from? I don't see this documented anywhere. Would be useful for people wanting to add their servers to the list.

    2) It's incorrectly reporting countries for servers. My dallas-hosted server is reporting france.  I know that zero routing goes through france. Not sure how this is implemented.

    3) Clicking join will open your client with user/pass TEST TEST.  Oops.

    4) The more info page is duplicating players for servers returning valid query lookups

    5) Querying that many servers like that takes minutes. Rather a long time to wait.

    1) We're working on a website for server owners to interact with, no ETA when it'll go live.

    2) What is your server's name and IP address. I'll look into it.

    3) This is actually a bug with the Minecraft launcher. We don't want to store your username and password, but cannot automatically connect to a server without passing something in the username and password field. If you have remember my password enabled in the Minecraft launcher, it works as expected.

    4) I haven't seen this yet, can you give me an example? Servers don't always respond back with all the data, or sometimes don't respond back with any data.

    5) It can take around 4 minutes to query all the servers, but because we pre-query all the servers on our end, you don't have to wait for the query to finish to see recent data. When you launch the Curse Client you get pings, player counts, and player lists that are around 10 minutes old.

What about in the meantime ? I can't get my server to list on the client? How are other users doing this?

    Thanks for the reply, Acenth.

Great to hear about the future list. I am listed on the current list but would like better control over my servers' listing.  For instance, I'm soon going to have several potential hostnames you could connect from, but would rather centralize my listing to one hostname for easier listing and less confusion on the part of users (who wants the same server listed 5 times?).  As a feature suggestion, I'd suggest some form of (with confirmation) control over listings.

As for listing issues, a good example server for both location and player list is mine, mc2.joe.to.  It had only 7 players online at the time, yet was listing probably 20-30 different players, up to three times in the list (not able to reproduce this a second time, however, and forcing a full server list refresh to test it repeatedly is tedious).  And it keeps reporting France as location.

Re: TEST/TEST, I have 'remember my password' checked on a vanilla unmodified launcher, and it still uses TEST.

I've had a server up since before bukkit and it's 99.9% uptime for the last two years... amazed that you guys don't have it listed.  When is this page for submitions going live?

As many has requested, how are the current servers added in the first place?

I've been running a server for a while, though I can't be on it to idle 24/7, I'd really like to be able to get a wider population joining. Having little to no people on my server discourages people to stay. We once had a number of active people, then when MC updated, we lost them due to 'lack of update response.'

Yeah I been banging my head trying to find a solution for my two server's on he Curse list...

Is it set to a specific Minecraft build?

    CozWorld.com's two servers (Survival) mc1.cozworld.com , (Creative) mc2.cozworld.com

And both servers are from US (Michigan)...

Is there maybe something to add to the server properties to help this that would be nice to know...

    Thanks!
