Trendy Entertainment has released some awesome DLC just in time for tomorrow's Thanksgiving holiday in the United States. The DLC consists of three full DLC packs that all serve to enhance the Dungeon Defenders experience.
The Great Turkey Hunt, featured in the video above, challenges players to hunt turkeys for their delicious Thanksgiving meat. But beware! As with every traditional Thanksgiving story, Dark Elf Warriors are there to protect the birds as well as a gigantic 'Mega Turkey' boss. Reigning victorious in the Great Turkey Hunt will net you the following Holiday costumes:
- Apprentice – Pilgrim
- Squire – Turkey Outfit
- Huntress – Pocahontas
- Monk – Conquistador
The Great Turkey Hunt is available completely free until December 2nd.
Also available are two paid DLC packs; The Dungeon Defenders Hero Pack and the Warping Core Challenge Pack. The Hero Pack includes four brand new character classes that are actually gender-swapped versions of the original four classes. With this pack, players are able to get a chance to play as gender-opposite versions of their favorite classes. A trailer for the new DLC is available here. The Hero Pack will run you $4.99 normally, but for the first week you can pick it up for $3.99.
The last piece of DLC is the Warping Core Challenge Pack, for players who breezed through the original games missions. These are four brand new warping core missions, bringing even more of a challenge than the original missions. The Warping Core pack is just $1.99.
