Rockstar Games today has announced the release date of the highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto V to be September 17th. This may come as a surprise, as the projected release was slated to be in spring of this year -- Rockstar has stated they require more development time to make the game all it can be.
Said to be the most ambitious title in the series so far, the game flaunts a massive world of unprecedented scale and detail. Set in a re-imagined, present-day Southern California, you'll explore the cityscape and surrounding areas from the tops of the nearby mountains, to the depths of the Pacific Ocean.
