Stonehenge Chronicles (1.0) - First Content Patch

The patch notes for the very first content patch for Hellgate London has been posted and in it we will see some very interesting additions. The patch notes are huge and after looking through, it is safe to say that this patch is going to add loads.

Some of the more interesting changes are class balance orientated, with multiple classes being given respec tokens due to the heavy alterations. All Evokers and Guardians will get respec tokens, as will all Subscription Member accounts.

On the PvP side of things, a brand new PvP arena has been added, allowing players to challenge each other to duels to see who is truly the most skilled.

The UI has seen some changes, with alterations to the LFG system and the minimap and chat window that will make things a little less unforgiving.

Sadly, Stonehenge is only available to subscribers, along with a multitude of new quests, NPCs and areas to explore.

Ok here is my question if you didn't think the subscriber benifits were worth it why did you subscribe? the extra 30 was your choice.

and if you ask me i blame ea for it coming out early. the storyline itself tells you it takes place is 2038, a 2008 release would make that 30 years from now nice and round. the demons came in 2020 again round. 18 years between invasion and game start. while not round it is basically long enough for a new generation to grow up and begin the fight. that and the state of things beyond the base storyline like guilds, mail and other stuff makes me think one more year would have been golden. instead we are gonna be playing it as the items are completed and give to us. not unheard of really. several other games in the past have released things that are viewed as 'core' features after the initial release of the game.

and honestly grid, why are you even following the posts about the game if you so obviously don't like it?

if you bought the game on release you paid bout 50$ and if you subscribed for ther awesome content, you've paid 80$ so far, for an incomplete game, and now they want to sell you publishes by making you subscribe, and the game wasnt and still isnt near a complete game you'd expect off the shelves!

Sad to release a game before it should get started. They didnt release a MMO, they released a singleplayer game with "strong" online gameplay.

sad you bash a game before it really gets started.

Anyway a previously unseen bug was found the day befoer the patch release and the patch was pushed back a little bit. expect it on the live servers early on the 22nd
