As you may have heard in our latest League of Legends Update, our very own Saintvicious has been chosen by voters over a two week period to fill the position of Jungler in the North American LCS All-Star team!
This special mid-season event pits teams of the five best players from North America, Europe, China, Southeast Asia, and Korea against one another to defend their regions on the international stage.
Brandon "Saintvicious" DiMarco captured 48.39% of votes from League of Legends fans, with Brian "TheOddOne" Wyllie from TSM Snapdragon following closely behind with 37.52%.
Saint is an accomplished and community-driven player who has spearheaded and participated in projects like Jungleology - his in-depth class teaching jungling tips to anyone and everyone, LoLPro guide writing, and several other eSports-related endeavors. He's an essential part of Team Curse, which has gone 18-5 this LCS season.
Here's what Reign of Gaming's Tuck had to say on Jungling options when the voting first began:
The rest of the All-Star team will be made up of TSM Snapdragon's Marcus "Dyrus" Hill as Top Lane, TSM Snapdragon's Alex "Xpecial" Chu as Support, Team Dignitas' William "Scarra" Li as Mid Lane, and CLG's Peter "Doublelift" Peng as AD Carry. Good luck, guys!
