The League of Legends Summer Arena is heating up now, with the qualifiers beginning last week and the winning teams so far now honing their reflexes and skills for the semifinals tomorrow! Two regional qualifiers began July 10th, each featuring a 32-team, single elimination bracket, and all matches being best-of-three.
On the 20th, the winning team from each region will be determined, and they'll receive an all-expenses-paid trip to New York City to compete for $10,000 on August 3-5! MLG has now announced the details for this final Summer Arena event:
Casters: Leigh Smith (Deman), Dan Dinh, and Trevor Henry (Quickshot)
Broadcast: Three streams at www.majorleaguegaming.com, free but with paid upgrades available for an ad-free and HD viewing experience. There will also be two Dr Pepper Ultimate Access streams that will each feature the broadcast of one of the teams playing on the main stream, with player chat channels to listen in to what the teams are saying to each other.
Streams will take place according to the following schedule:
Friday, August 3: 5pm-11pm
Saturday, August 4: 2pm-8pm
Sunday, August 5: 10am-7pm
