The Pirates of the Burning Sea website has a new Dev Blog up with ArtCo. This time around they've improved the looks of many NPC's in the game.
The article talks of how the art team likes to model each NPC so that their look is relatively unique, and they work with three core pieces of a model: heads, torsos, and lower bodies.
