PlanetSide 2 Pro Tips is a brand series debuting this week over at FPS General that aims to give our readers some expert knowledge to help you improve your game in Sony Online Entertainment's MMOFPS PlanetSide 2.
PlanetSide 2 can be a challenge if you've never played an MMOFPS before but our team at FPS General has been playing the game since the early stages of beta and has built a pretty solid understanding of PlanetSide 2's mechanics and how to get the most out of the vehicles, weapons and equipment in the game.
FPS General has two episodes of PlanetSide 2 Pro Tips coming at you today and in the first one they discuss The Liberator. This is PlanetSide 2's attack gunship, capable of wreaking some serious havoc from the skies of Auraxis. The Liberator supports three crew members; the pilot, the gunner and a tail gunner. The pilot also has weapons at his disposal but the real firepower will be wielded by the gunners.

The Auraxis Showdown is a PlanetSide 2 tournament will be taking place at SOE Live and puts all players on even ground with standard issue gear for their faction. After the qualifying matches, 18 players will compete in the Finals match on the last day of competition - Saturday, October 20th.
